报告摘要:

This talk presents the machine learning methods applied to intelligent transportation systems. Travel time and bus arrival time are estimated by deep learning methods (e.g., convolutional neural networks, recurrent neural networks, and ensemble neural networks) for improving prediction accuracy and supplying information to road users.

本报告主要分享机器学习应用于智能运输系统,运用深度学习方法(卷积神经网络、递归神经网络、集成神经网络等)进行旅行时间和公交车到站时间预测,提升预测正确率,提供信息给用路人参考决策。

  

个人简介:

Chi-Hua Chen received his B.S. degree from the Department of Management Information Systems of National Pingtung University of Science and Technology in 2007, a M.S. degree from the Institute of Information Management of National Chiao Tung University (NCTU) in 2009, and a Ph.D. degree from the Department of Information Management and Finance of NCTU in 2013. He serves as a distinguished professor (Minjiang scholar and Qishan scholar) for the College  of Mathematics and Computer Science of Fuzhou University. Furthermore, he served as an assistant professor for the NationalTsingHuaUniversity, NCTU, NationalTaipeiUniversity, and National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology. He also served as a research fellow for Chunghwa Telecommunication Laboratories. He has published over 200 journal articles, conference articles, and patents. He serves as the Guest Editor-in-Chief for the EURASIP Journal on Wireless Communications and Networking, IEEE Technology and Engineering Education, ISPRS International Journal of Geo-Information, Symmetry, and Agronomy. His recent research interests include Internet of things, big data, deep learning, mobile networks, and intelligent transportation systems.

陈志华在屏东科技大学获学士学位,在台湾交通大学获信息管理与财务金融、网络工博士学位,目前是福州大学的教授,并获得闽江学者(省级人才)、旗山学者(校级人才)称号。博士毕业于台湾交通大学,2014-2018年期间在中华电信研究院担任研究员,以及在台湾清华大学、台湾交通大学、台湾台北大学兼任教师,主要研发物联网、大数据、人工智能、深度学习、行动网络、智能交通等前瞻技术和产品开发。博士目前于海内外共发表近200篇期刊论文、会议论文,成果主要刊登于IEEE Internet of Things JournalIEEE Access等权威期刊,并己获得授权专利50件。博士目前担任多本SCI期刊客座主编,包含EURASIP Journal on Wireless Communications and NetworkingIEEE Technology and Engineering EducationISPRS International Journal of Geo-InformationSymmetryAgronomy等。博士的研究领域主要包含物联网、大数据、深度学习、移动网络、智能交通。
